Weight Management
Perhaps you have yo-yo dieted your whole life or have been given a medical diagnosis that requires weight loss. With so many diet fads out there, the confusion is real about what the best path is for your success. My approach to weight management is a non-diet approach. No more quick-fix-lose-it-then-gain-it-all-back-again roller coaster experience. I work with you to find a lifestyle you are happy to stick with and makes you feel great!
Disordered Eating
You may question whether you actually have an eating disorder- like Anorexia or Bulemia- or wonder how severe it might be. Perhaps it began as just a small challenge to be healthier and now it takes up all of your mental energy. You are not alone. There can be so much secret and shame built around eating and our bodies. I will help you uncover your own challenges with eating and we’ll work together to come up with a plan that’s sustainable, allowing you to live free from the burden of those “should” voices that have taken over your life.
Compulsive Overeating
If you feel like you have lost control with your eating and that it’s practically impossible to manage your constant thoughts about food, then I can help. Many of us struggle with the “right” way to eat and find instead that it spirals into us eating the “wrong” way. Black and white thinking leads to mindless eating, chronic snacking and binge episodes. We’ll create a plan that works to overcome the compulsion to overeat and puts you back in control of your health and your food.
Fertility & Pregnancy
Trying to get pregnant can be a very uncertain time for many women. Perhaps you have tried to conceive for months with no luck or you have been told by your doctor you need nutritional help to get pregnant. Regardless of your journey, the support along the way can be so beneficial. Working with new moms is such a delight as I focus on the best nutritional guidelines to help you during this truly amazing experience you are about to embark on- parenthood!
Aging Wellness
As we age, our nutritional needs shift. Oftentimes, we don’t shift with them until we start to feel the consequences. From aching bodies, to stiff joints, to brain fog, to bad sleep, there are many things that can impact our health. The right nutritional plan puts your body back into chemical balance and helps you take charge of the chronic conditions you face. We’ll work together to find the right plan that helps you feel like your best self again.
Digestive Health
In the last few years researchers have begun to uncover the relationship of gut health and how it can affect not only our immune system, our disease states, but also how we feel mentally and emotionally. Research links a poor gut microbiome to many nutritional concerns especially trouble with weight loss efforts as well as exacerbating an eating disorder. We have many microorganisms in our intestine that play a critical role in our health and wellbeing. Oftentimes, our gut microbiome is not in balance and we may experience mild symptoms like gas, constipation, and bloating. But for many others, brain fog or mood changes or extreme GI distress could be the outcome. We can now scientifically study stool samples to determine your own gut microbiome as well as provide the right supplements geared to specifically feed your gut the perfect balance of what it needs to feel your very best!

All of my sessions are via Zoom and I see clients Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Your initial appointment will last 75 minutes while follow-up appointments can be 30-, 45- or 60-minutes.
After the first appointment, the recommended frequency for follow-ups is decided upon between the both of us. You don’t have to sign up for a package program or feel obligated to continue to see me longer than you wish to.
My fees fall under a cash-based model. This means that I do not bill for insurance but you will receive a Superbill for each session- a clinical receipt with insurance codes on it. You may then submit the Superbill to your insurance company for reimbursement if they cover nutritional services. Most insurance companies will say they don’t reimburse out-of-network dietitians, however, I have found that this is not always the case. The best way to find out how much is covered is to have an initial appointment and submit the Superbill after.
For those of whom insurance is a requirement, you can also consider looking up dietitians on www.eatright.org. You can filter for your insurance, location, and what service you want. It’s a great way to find dietitians that are in network.
For payment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and HSA cards. Payment is automatically collected at the end of the session via our online scheduling portal.
You can email me, call me or fill out the “contact us” page and I can get back to you regarding pricing based on your nutritional needs.
If you want to set up a nutrition appointment, I will get you started with some quick online paperwork to fill out.
I look foward to hearing from you!
